Proud Members of the Federation of Master Builders

As proud members of the Federation of Master Builders (FMB) it’s always good to know that we are still delivering high quality workmanship for our customers. We recently underwent an independent appraisal of our work to ensure our continued eligibility for membership to the FMB.
Since 2011 all new Master Builders have passed an independent inspection before joining, and in 2015 the FMB began the process of inspecting existing members every 3 years.
In order to meet the FMB membership criteria, upon joining all members must have:
Signed to respect the FMB Code of Conduct.
Confirmed their trading address/ details.
VAT registration (if applicable).
Employer (if applicable) and public liability insurance.
Verified that they have no undischarged bankruptcies or relevant and outstanding County Court Judgements.
Passed credit checks, public record and director checks upon joining.
Undergone an independent inspection of building works in progress upon application for membership.
A minimum of twelve months trading history.
We welcome the ongoing inspection of FMB members as it provides our customers with peace of mind from knowing that we have been independently assessed by the Federation, and we are delighted to receive the certificate confirming our continued membership.
RB Projects (Southern) Ltd is an award-winning building company based in West Sussex and was founded by Richard Beckmann in 2005. The award was bestowed on us by the Federation of Master Builders for a glass fronted kitchen extension.
